Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to ship internationally in the near future. 

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Westchester, NY and transit time varies based on location.

 

Who are your shipping partners?

USPS, FedEx and UPS

 

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.  
Economy Shipping: 4 - 8 business days
Express Shipping: 1 - 2 business days
**Please be aware that packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to mail services’ limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

 

How do I know when my order ships?

You will receive an initial email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed.
After your order has been processed, you will receive another email containing your order’s tracking information once it has shipped.
** Tracking numbers can take anywhere from 1-4 business days to update depending on our mail pick up day and/or when the post office scans your package into the system.

 

What can I expect with shipping this holiday season?

Shipping carriers are anticipating a record-breaking volume of packages this season. To ensure you receive your package in time, we recommending that you place holiday orders as early as possible. Here are our recommended timelines to ensure a timely delivery this holiday season – If you are selecting standard shipping, place your order before or by December 15th. If you are selecting express shipping, place your order before December 20th. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee arrival before Christmas.
 

Do you accept Returns and/or Exchanges?

Our items are handcrafted and made to order.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you received an incorrect item from what you ordered, please immediately reach out to us at info@ablivingessentials.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number & a photo of the incorrect product(s) and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
